Here is a shot of "sweetness" that I would have totally missed if Catherine had gone to school this year. The past 6 months have been sprinkled with moments like the one that follows. These are the kinds of things that make you say..."I love my life!!!"
Catherine was reading in her history book today...
"Just west of the Frankish empire, another tribe of barbarians had settled down in the land of Spain. The Visigoths had once stormed through the ancient world, creating havoc and spreading terror. But now they too had a kingdom of their own. They had adopted Roman Customs........."
and she stopped...crinkled up her nose and said in the most innocent voice ever...
"Roman Customs?? Who on earth would name their kid THAT?"
Thank you, Jesus for laughter!!!
